Hey runners & cross-trainers!
STRIDE is a new 4-week series of 30-minute cycling classes designed to help runners enhance their endurance and strength during the off-season, providing a low-impact alternative to running. By incorporating cross-training, participants can improve their overall fitness and reduce the risk of injury. Riders will work towards distance PRs throughout the 4-week series with benchmarking. Includes a 10-minute stretch at the end that is runner-specific.
