Performance

Our signature ride! This ride is heavily focused on performance metrics, utilizing both interval training (HIIT) + endurance training. If you’re even a little bit competitive, this ride is for you. Track your fitness journey & PR’s with both in-class data and post-ride summaries.

Rhythm Fusion

A dynamic fusion of sprints, climbs, and choreography. No metrics…just ride to the rhythm. (No experience necessary)

Mixed Ride

A Mixed Ride has both Joy and Performance aspects mashed into 1 ride! It has rhythm riding (aka moves & combos) + interval training with a heavy emphasis on Class Goals & Team Races.

 

Joy Ride

This class doesn’t focus on metrics, it’s all about riding to the beat of the music! This rhythm ride involves learning different moves (tap-backs, push-ups, etc.) and fun combinations. Who’s ready to dance?!

Bonus: Wednesday evenings we play Music Videos on the screens!

Spin + Strength

So you like the arm burn-outs during our normal rides? Then you’ll love this combo class! 35 minutes on the bike, followed up with 10 minutes of exercises off the bike. More core work, arms & glutes!

Beginners
Basics

Every 2-3 weeks we offer a FREE basics class! We break it ALL down on how to use the bike, dial in your perfect settings, how the metrics work, how to ride to the rhythm and how to layer in choreography when you're ready. Check the Event page to get signed up for the next one!
