We’re looking for energetic, personable individuals to join our TeamJOY coaches!
Are you a natural born leader? Do you find joy in motivating others to dig deep, sweat (a lot), dance, and push them beyond their limits? Then you’re the rockstar we’re looking for.

✖️ previous fitness experience preferred, but not required
✖️ have taken/will need to take 5 Joywheel classes
✖️ must be/get CPR certified

✖️ guest passes for Friends & Family

Studio Crew
You’re the friendly first impression of joywheel. You prep the studio, set the vibe, welcome in new riders, catch up with members, answer questions, write love notes, fold towels, clean the floors, rearrange retail…essentially you’re the glue to our studio!

✖️ extremely outgoing and friendly
✖️ professional, trustworthy and punctual
✖️ able to self-start and multitask
✖️ proficient with computers and studio software
✖️ goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership sales
✖️ bonus qualifications: any social media, marketing, or graphic/video skills! -
✖️ prep the studio for class
✖️ welcome & setup new riders
✖️ tidy up after class
✖️ carry out member retention tasks
✖️ participate in events to promote the studio
✖️ other duties assigned -
✖️ this is a membership trade program + commission on personal sales
✖️ guest passes for friends & family
